Licensing Agreements:

Here you will find what each Licensing Term means between my files.  Please read carefully as it can & will lead to legal actions.  Also, almost every site follows a different set of guide lines, so one sites term may differ from mine along with others.  So its always best to read the authors licensing terms/terms of use.

I STRONGLY suggest you keep a copy of your receipt if you purchase an EL or ELS.  Reason being, being caught doing anything that is not allowed with that particular Lic can/will land you with legal actions.  I do check…

Regular Lic: (RL) Standard with every file -

a. Use for personal use only.  Your work only!

b. Use in unlimited websites.

Extended Lic: (EL) Can be purchased -

b. Freely share or give away in any way at all.

c. Resale as a stand alone item/file in any way.

- 2. You MAY:

a. Use/Sale in unlimited websites, graphics, software packages, your work & so on.  Long as its not sold as a stand alone item/file.

c. A link needs to point back to iWebdezine in some manor if sold with any of your work, no matter what it is.

d. If item/graphic is sold in any of your work, your client must abide by the same terms I have applied as-well.  Its your responsibility to let your customer/client know.

Extended Lic Sale: (ELS) Can be purchased -

- 1. The same rules apply as the EL to the ELS, but with greater advantages:

a. You have unlimited sales as a stand alone item/graphic in any way you choose, but pricing CAN NOT be set cheaper than what I have listed.

iWeb templates & PSD Templates: Read Carefully!

- 1. Under the EL:

a.  You are only allowed 1 sale per client.  Meaning if you have 2 clients/customers wanting the same template, you must purchase that same template twice under the EL.  Remember, no template can be sold as a stand alone under the EL, but can be displayed!

b.  A link in some way needs to point back to iWebdezine.  The choice is yours.

- 2. Under the ELS:

a.  Can be sold as a standalone as many times to as many customers/clients as you like!  Its UNLIMITED SALES!

b.  No link back required, but always shows good business ethics as I try my best to build great relationships between clients & customers!
